In a very picturesque location with a view of the hilly Istrian landscapes, characterized by an elevated central part, a single-storey house with a complex program should be placed.

The house spatially located on a 'hill' is seen as a unique volume, and the view from every part of it is valorized. This is precisely what defined its three-pronged form, simultaneously achieving a sense of privacy and openness to the landscape.

The structure of the new building follows the existing stratification of the terrain on which it is created, that is, it adapts to it and breaks into different levels in order to remain in direct contact with the surrounding garden, thereby reducing the diversification of the external and internal space.
