A specific plot of small dimensions, bounded on three sides by a high stone wall, in the continuation of which on the west side is positioned the neighboring building with openings towards the plot, and the existing hundred-year-old mulberry tree served as the basic elements from which this house was created.
The floor plan shape was determined by this specificity of the location along with the desire to open the view to more private parts, thus separating from the nearest neighbors, forming a terrace and garden for staying in the part bounded by a high wall, and the desire to preserve the existing tree.
The entire house is seen as a unique, closed and solid volume coated on all sides with the same material. Large, precisely oriented openings create introversion, creating a permeation of the outside and inside space, and the walled garden becomes an integral part of the house.
