Idea
Two houses are planned to be built on the site. Building plot areas are created by dividing the original land into two equal parts, in the transverse direction.
The floor plan dimensions, and thus the volume, of the first house are conditioned by the minimum construction of the plot prescribed by the spatial plan and the precise requirements of the clients. The concept of the family house is based on a monolithic and regular concrete cube, shaped by a sculptural method of subtraction, separating parts of the cube in order to obtain a variety of open, covered and uncovered spaces.
By elevating the living space to the higher floors of the house, an outdoor space is formed on the ground floor oriented towards the yard, and a roof terrace at a height from which a view of the sea opens up, creating peaceful and intimate living spaces.
